It's an easy five minute walk from the Summer House to access the shore of New London Bay, a lovely walking area very safe for children. Walk to three restaurants or treat yourself in a newly renovated kitchen with cork flooring, gleaming counter tops, all appliances for that gourmet or outdoor barbeque meal. The decks invite you to gaze and relax in any type of weather.
Facilities
Three bedrooms, each with beautifully finished ensuites. Fully equipped kitchen. All linens, towels etc provided. The Master bedroom has a full king sized bed, an ensuite with two-person air-jet bath situated for a panoramic view, beautiful hardwood and ceramic floors and large walk-out upper balcony.
Second and third bedrooms have queen sized accommodations with beautiful ensuites.
The spacious double living room has expansive views and entrance to a large deck for entertaining. At night the fireplace provides a cozy focal point.
The redesigned kitchen features comfortable cork flooring, beautiful countertops and an elegant table for entertaining. Dishwasher and microwave complete the full kitchen. Deck is equipped with gourmet barbeque. lounge chairs,etc.
Washer, dryer and a laundry room with ironing board and iron is off the side entrance. Amenities include TV/DVD entertainment system/surround sound.

Rates
Peak season $2500 a week (all taxes included) for up to 6 people. Peak rates include the last two weeks of June until the second week of September. Exceptional discounts for shoulder season, up to 50% off. A 20% deposit will hold your reservation.
